Frequently asked questions

Can I create a trip around my own interests?

Yes — tell us what you enjoy, where you hope to visit and your preferred pace. We can discuss itinerary-planning options. We do not currently advertise fixed tour departures.

Do Australian passport holders need a visa?

Entry requirements can change and depend on your passport, purpose and length of stay. Check the latest advice from the Chinese embassy or consulate and Smartraveller before booking. We do not provide immigration advice or guarantee entry.

Can you book flights, hotels or other travel services?

Please tell us what you need. We will clarify which services, if any, we can arrange directly and which need to be booked with independent providers before you proceed.

Can you arrange a bilingual companion or interpreter for a business visit?

You can request bilingual accompaniment or Chinese–English interpretation support. We will first discuss the nature of your meetings, location and dates, then confirm whether a suitable person is available, their relevant experience and the proposed fees. Specialist or certified interpretation is not assumed.

Can you help arrange factory visits?

We can discuss itinerary and appointment coordination, subject to the facility agreeing to the visit. We do not independently verify suppliers, certify factories or guarantee commercial results.

Do you offer set prices or itineraries?

The destination ideas shown are inspiration, not bookable packages. Any planning fee, inclusions and third-party costs will be clearly discussed before paid work begins.
